Ingredients

½ cup        USA Peanut Butter

1 cup         hot water

½ cup        tomato sauce

1 tbsp        soy sauce

1 clove       garlic, chopped

1 tbsp        rice vinegar

4 cups       short pasta, cooked

1 cup         USA Peanuts, roughly chopped

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta “al dente”; drain and set apart.
  2. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, hot water, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic and vinegar; mix well and pour in a thick skillet, heat with very low flame and add pasta when it is about to boil, cook for one minute, and add the chopped peanuts just before serving.
