Ingredients

1½kg   beef loin
3 tbsp   oil
1 cup   chicken broth
½ cup   USA Peanut butter
1 cup    USA peanuts, peeled
½ cup   Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp   ginger, chopped
1 tsp   garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Stuff loin with peanuts.  Heat oil in a skillet, cook loin previously coated thoroughly with salt and pepper, until completely browned; remove from skillet; slightly brown ginger and garlic, place loin back in skillet.

  2. Blend peanut butter, Teriyaki sauce, and chicken broth; pour in skillet, lower the flame, cover and cook until meat is well cooked.  If sauce thickens too much, add more chicken broth.
