A tasty classic with a peanutty twist! This club sandwich is sure to please any palette and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


12 slices whole bread
16 slices bacon
2 bananas
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
lettuce leaves


Fry bacon slices until they are golden brown and crispy; drain.
Slice the bananas, place them in a bowl, soak with lemon juice, and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Spread 8 slices of bread with peanut butter across the surface of one side and 4 slices on both sides. Place a lettuce leaf on top of a slice of bread, put a slice of bread with peanut butter on both sides and arrange several slices of banana and bacon, put another slice of bread on top. Serve.
