    Peanut butter is one of America's favorite foods. Found in about 75% of American homes, peanut butter is considered by many to be a staple like bread and milk.

  • Peanuts have many uses

    Peanuts have many uses. They can be used to fight malnutrition and aid in famine relief, and they can also provide, or be the basis for, any number of food products.

The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) was signed into law by President Obama on January 4th, 2011. It aims to ensure the U.S. food supply is safe by shifting the focus of federal regulators from responding to contamination to preventing it.
