International Peanut Forum

*** The International Peanut Forum that was rescheduled for April 28-30, 2021 is being transitioned to a virtual event.  We will resume the in-person IPF in April 2022. ***

APC’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors met recently and discussed the logistics and feasibility of conducting the IPF in Budapest in 2021 in light of the continuing Coronavirus issues.  With the ongoing outbreaks of Covid-19 around the world and threatened second-waves, they have made the decision that it is better to hold a virtual event during 28-30 April 2021 and to push back the next in-person meeting to 2022 to allow as many delegates from around the world to attend.  APC is currently negotiating with the Corinthia Hotel Budapest to host the event during April 27-29 2022.

We are offering all those delegates who previously rolled over their IPF registrations to 2021 to do so again to 2022.  If you would prefer a refund, please let us know as soon as possible and at the latest by Monday 6th July as there is a limited time period in which the credit card company will allow us to process a refund.  If you wish to request a refund, please let us have the original email that shows the original charge, the credit card number which you used to register (EXCEPT the final 4 digits as we already have those on file), the name and address it is registered to, and its expiry date.

Those delegates and exhibitors rolling over their fees to 2022 will be given a complimentary registration to the 2021 virtual event.  Companies rolling their sponsorship fees over will also continue to benefit from promotion on our website, in all mailings and on the app when it is relaunched.  For the 2021 Virtual IPF, we will run a series of presentations and panel discussions with question and answer sessions over the 3 days of 28-30 April and hope to include some innovative new ideas to bring delegates together on-line. We are in the initial planning stages, but are very excited about the opportunities it will provide for the industry to come together to discuss issues impacting our industry and for sponsors and exhibitors to have the opportunity to promote their businesses.

Please send your request for a refund to lmckerchar@peanutsusa.org.uk and rdeuell@peanutsusa.com and we will process it as soon as we are able.  If we do not hear from you by 6th July we will assume that you are happy to roll your registration/exhibition space/sponsorship forward to 2022 and would like to take advantage of free registration at the virtual 2021 IPF.
