International Programs Manager
Mary's portfolio consists of managing APC's international programs, where she works closely with the program director to oversee vital APC-utilized export programs, including the Market Access Program (MAP), the Foreign Market Development (FMD) program and the Agricultural Trade Promotion (ATP) grant. Her responsibilities include collaborating with international contractors across the globe to enhance the U.S. peanut brand and co-authoring APC's annual Unified Export Strategy submission, the grant funding document required by the Agriculture Department to secure the above funding.
Prior to joining APC, Mary worked for the American Seed Trade Association where her responsibilities included monitoring technical trade issues, organizing international workshops and managing the organization’s MAP, FMD and ATP programs. Before her time at ASTA, Mary worked for the Missouri Beef Industry Council where she spearheaded initiatives to elevate the “Beef. It's What's for Dinner” profile within the state.
A native of Idaho, where she grew up on a farm, Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Veterinary Science from the University of Idaho.
